I don't even watch them anymore. The defense has been consistently outplayed, leading to poor defensive rankings and a high number of points allowed, despite the offense often performing well.

Same systemic issues week after week. Coaching, and personnel decisions. Wash. Rinse, Repeat....

What's sad? Everytime I see an article about Jerry, I skip right past it. He's been so full of it. Unfortunately, Jerry inherited the Biden syndrome!

GO DETROIT! Egals dodged playing both Detroit & Buffalo last season. Detroit was the best team in 2024 with a 15-2 record.

They had a much tougher schedule too. Egals have many issues going on which are hidden by their scrappy wins. Detroit will expose those issues tonight! 1000001585.jpg

Fuck you Goodell.

And Dooms if you defend this shit there's gonna be consequences.

Did you not attend Spanish class in High School? This game was in Spain. American Football is an Olympic sport now, spanning the globe. It's the 21st Century.

Yeah we had to take Spanish, and I treated it appropriately by giving zero fucks and cheating on every assignment I possibly could. It was the only class I had in school that I had zero respect for.

Yeah, I was the kid that asked "why do I need to learn Spanish? I'm not moving to Mexico"

30 years ago this week...

This game was right after the 49ers with Elvis friggin Grbac at QB blew them out at home. They went on to lose 2 of the next 3 including this doozy in Philly:

The team looked tired and the season felt like it was on the brink of collapse but then this happened:

And the Niners lost in Atlanta the following week giving this worn out bunch the desperately needed bye week and home field advantage throughout the playoffs, culminating in the last Super Bowl win I’ll see in my lifetime.

Oddly, as the players attested to, this win was more of a relief compared to the joy in Pasadena just a few years earlier

I’m glad I was there because I knew this was the last dying breath of the Cowboys I grew up with and loved, squeezed out by a self absorbed owner and his spawn, fans would never see, experience and feel this type of success again. I guess that’s why the win felt so bittersweet to me because, deep down, I knew we were doomed.

My seats were around the 5 yard line, 25 rows up:

Never had to take any of those classes. Don't feel I missed out on anything. The first time they even offered one was German my senior year.
