It's not speculation and theory that the over 30% of the tabulators and printers went down on election day after supposedly working fine prior and being tested. It's not speculation that the state treasurer received 282,000 more votes which I find highly suspect. I hear what you're saying but the left has inundated swing states with fraud and put Dems in positions that control the elections. This should not be a left or right issue. Elections should not be run this way but conservatives will never get an honest investigation. All this is by design and the fraud has now put the state senates and houses in liberal hands so the fraud may never be uncovered.

It will take courage from honest judges and politicians on both sides to get to the truth.

I'm not trying to be argumentative or dismissive but attributing what your pointing out to election fraud is speculation (thats what I was referring to), we must have evidence imho (is this really controversial?).

I'm on your side when I see sound evidence to make the case.

Until then, I've yet to see anyone make an evidence backed case (but I admittedly dont have time to read/watch everything on the planet) which is essential because we cannot change the standard of innocent until proven guilty when it suits us, even if things seem to stink to high heaven.

I thoroughly agree we need a transparent, unbiased election system with checks and balances that make it virtually fraud/cheat-proof and that discussion & evaluation should be taking place publicly on an ongoing basis but I suspect politicians from both sides dont want what is best for the voting process but what is best for their party thus all the angst and nonsense like people running for office being in charge of elections, etc, etc

Not disagreeing with you. But you can't let elections like this stand. People have to answer for the abortion that happened in Arizona where over 30% of the election hardware malfunctioned and affected mostly conservative voters. There has to be consequences to keep the system honest.

If this happened in the inner city and minority voters were affected, there would absolutely be consequences and there would be rioting in the streets. But since people associate Republicans with white caucasians, nothing will be done. In reality, this affected people of all races. Our voting system is a joke.

I'm game, how's it going to happen? How can we get evidence that holds up in a court of law in even the most adverse of circumstances?

Also, I want to fight against my own bias so I dont fall prey to falsehoods that feed my preconceptions. I think we'd all be wise to do so as we all have bias. Given the fact we're all imperfect creatures with limited knowledge, it stands to reason that something we currently hold dear is factually incorrect. Feeding my bias only blinds me to this reality and prevents me from pivoting when necessary and justified.

My natural inclination is to despise everything a democrat says but that opens the door to being mislead by the other side and they're not perfect either so I want to push my emotions out the window and lean heavy on logic and reason and do my best not to reside in an echo chamber, even though it tends to feel so good.

We need a MATA movement imo (Make America Think Again)

Didnt something similar happen in 2016 when Trump won after the polls leading up to the election suggested Clinton had it already locked up?
Not quite to this extent, they showed her with a lead (and technically, she did win the popular vote because of states like California and New York).

But they were also busted over-polling strong democrat areas to show her "lead" and try to dissuade Republican voters from turning out. Tehri hope was if they thought Trump had no chance, people would just stay home.

Hey amigo, I consider this speculation and theory, not evidence. We need to go deeper and find how the machines were tampered with, who did it, when it happened, etc, etc
Every time someone comes forward with "evidence" the Democrats and MSM just deny it and say "that's not evidence"

Some of these are even eye-witness accounts and they downplay that too.

Again, no level headed person can look at the stuff that's gone on in 2020 and 2022 in a few key states and come to the conclusion that all is on the up and up.

then you're screwed because it doesnt matter what any level headed person thinks if evidence cant be brought to bear to prove the fraud

And that's exactly why the left and even some Rino's are so desperate to keep Kari Lake out of the Governor's office.

Because they know she is going to spend time and resources uncovering the truth and bringing more and more evidence out there.

There is "evidence" and there is "proof". They are two different things. There is tons of evidence to meet probably cause thresholds. The best example is the location data collected by True the Vote on the 2020 election. The data is highly suspicious and contrary to what the left says, it has not been debunked. But, it is not proof.

So how do you get from evidence to proof? First, you need to investigate further than therein lies the rub. Democrats have resisted every attempt in the courts and in the media to allow any kind of investigation. True the Cote has the device IDs of the "2000 Mules". Now all they need is to identify the owners of the devices and question them, under oath. But no one can do that except the legal authorities like the FBI, and that is never going to happen.

In Maricopa County, there is a lot of suspicious behavior, and the Arizona AG has already taken the first step in looking for answers. We'll see where it goes. But at the end of the day it is really hard to prove voter fraud without voter canvassing and no court has been willing to allow that despite all the "evidence" of fraud.

I used to listen to Cramer every night in the car on my way home from work. His advice was rarely right about anything. I remember someone calling in about a stock (Intuitive Surgical) for a company that made a robotic surgical device. At the time it was about $24 a share. The called asked if he should hold it or sell it. Cramer said it had peaked and he should sell it. In a few month Intuitive Surgical double in price and over the next could of year increased more than 10 times the $24 price. I have no idea how he got his own show but I don't think he was every right in his stock calls.

As for a recession, if someone can tell me how we can cut off the supply of oil from the SOR and refill it at 2 to 3 times the cost of the oil we bought to fill it without increasing oil prices then I might accept we won't have a recession. Otherwise, we could see $5 to $6 gas prices everywhere in the country.

The United States died in 1871.

“Then, by passing the Act of 1871, Congress formed a corporation known as THE UNITED STATES. This
corporation, owned by foreign interests, shoved the organic version of the Constitution aside by changing the word ‘for’ to ‘of’ in the title. Let me explain: the original Constitution drafted by the Founding Fathers read: ‘The Constitution for the united states of America.’ [note that neither the words ‘united’ nor ‘states’ began with capital letters] But the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA’ is a corporate constitution, which is absolutely NOT the same document you think it is. First of all, it ended all our rights of sovereignty [sui juris]. So you now have the HOW, how the international bankers got their hands on THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.”

“As an instrument of the international bankers, the UNITED STATES owns you from birth to death. It also holds ownership of all your assets, of your property, even of your children. Think long and hard about all the bills taxes, fines, and licenses you have paid for or purchased. Yes, they had you by the pockets. If you don’t believe it, read the 14th Amendment. See how ‘free’ you really are. Ignorance of the facts led to your silence.

Silence is construed as consent; consent to be beneficiaries of a debt you did not incur. As a Sovereign People we have been deceived for hundreds of years; we think we are free, but in truth we are servants of the corporation.”

Seems a little strong but there is no doubt we and our children, and their children are shackled by debt incurred by the idiots we sent to Washington, That that is our fault. We didn't just allow it. We encouraged it. This is why I have called for the repeal of the 16th amendment, and an end to income taxes and wealth taxes. These taxes are just a means of controlling up. When you see tax deductions and credits for certain items, it is behavioral control. Our money is what shackles us to our government.

FTX founder charged in scheme to defraud crypto investors

The SEC complaint alleges that Bankman-Fried had raised more than $1.8 billion from investors since May 2019 by promoting FTX as a safe, responsible platform for trading crypto assets.

Instead, the complaint says, Bankman-Fried diverted customers’ funds to Alameda Research without telling them.

“He then used Alameda as his personal piggy bank to buy luxury condominiums, support political campaigns, and make private investments, among other uses,” the complaint reads.
