Deware getting his ring makes this last season OK for me as bad as the boys went. It makes a very nice consolation prize.

Great defense by Denver all night, but Cam Newton turned in one of the worst performances in Super Bowl history, and capped it off being a raging cry baby after a big hit and totally making a "business decision" to bail on trying to recover his own fumble.

Dude couldn't read a defense or throw with any accuracy all game.

Glad for Ware to get a ring. Total class act and a great football player.

Denvers playcalling has been garbage.

Their super bowl win is pretty reminiscent to how Tampa won that year with Gruden. Offense basically tried not to lose the game while the defense did its thing.

Rooting for Carolina all game felt eerily familiar. At least I was used to the disappointment in watching the team never get going on offense!

I had practice all season

In today's NFL, just when everyone thinks they know what's going to happen, the opposite does.

This isn't the 90s when you knew the Cowboys would beat the Bills or the 49ers would beat the Chargers. This reminds me of the Patriots first Super Bowl win against the Rams. Rams were the greatest show on turf, and the Pats defense methodically smothered them.

I'm picking the Broncos. 90% sure they'll at least cover.

(In no way am I rooting for Peyton to right the crime that his brother has more Super Bowl wins than he does.)

I think the Panthers would have had a better chance to score 34 pts with Cassel or Weeden playing instead of Scam

You'd think. He's 50 like me. We both grew up about 1/4 mile from where the Cowboys practiced in the 70's, went and met players and coaches, grew up with their kids, stood on milk crates to watch practices over the fences and experienced what it was like to have a winning organization with talented coaches and management.

I don't know how he maintains his optimism after 20 years of this shit, I love the guy but he drives me nuts constantly telling me how they're so close and this year was actually a blessing in disguise, etc, etc and blah, blah, blah

Note to the stupid drunken dumbass Jerry Jones:

Once again it has been proven: Offense sells tickets, defense wins championships.

Yes, that was your 13-3 head coach in the Super Bowl with DeMarcus Ware, doing something you haven't been able to do in 20 years.

We are soooo far behind either of those teams it's not even funny.

Remember when we let Ware go and the homer crew cheered our great new policy of not paying old, broken down, overpaid players?

Another supposed great call by Captain Clap exposed.

Great win for Ware and Wade and even Joe D. Historic type defensive performance. I'd forgotten what it was like to cheer for a team in a huge game and have them actually play to their maximum potential and come away with the win.

Hope Jerry chokes on it.

Very happy for Ware and I hope the Dallas organization is embarrassed about how they run the team. Happy for Peyton too. Eli should never have had more rings...

Ware likely just locked up a HoF spot too. He has been so much fun to watch.
