Don't know if its connected, but I thought if I tried to log out and log back in that maybe the problem would fix. But I cant log out either though.

I right clicked on my IE but it doesn't show me the version, not sure how to figure that out.

Also not sure what my DCU "style" is.

I seenis happen with IE 11 before so it's worth a shot - I think your browser has a cached version of the site where it failed to completely load the javascript file. So, try clearing your cache then reload the page.

I haven't done anything at all to the main styles, the desktop ones. So it ain't the site.
