As far as Garrett, he sucks. What I find interesting is that for as much grief as the offense got (much deserved), they still scored more PPG than any other year under Garrett except for 2007, I think.

Want to win those close games? Ditch Garrett's horrible offensive system entirely.

10-6 with Quincy and Hambrick on offense. Should have been coach of the year that year.

Easiest schedule in history of football. Proved late in the season and in the blowout playoff loss it was a fluke.

Eh. I agree with you for the most part on Parcells. He wasn't the Parcells of old that's for sure. Unfortunately, he was still the best thing that has happened to Dallas since Jimmy.

And, easy schedule or not, winning 10 games with Quincy was a helluva coaching job. Yeah, no shit they weren't winning the Super Bowl. But they won 10 games with a QB and RB who were more or less retarded.

Garrett might have won 3 games with that crew.

Garrett wins against bad teams, its how he gets to .500

He cant get the team over the hump against good teams, that's why I would fire him.

Nobody was more excited in the days before and right after the hiring of Parcells than I was, but it was obvious after that 2nd season he was done as a difference making HC. There's no question that bringing him in and allowing him to make most (if not all) the football decisions changed the franchise for the good, but his coaching was not good. The game had passed him by like it does so many of these older guys.

Nothing is going to change until things hit rock bottom and it starts impacting Jerry's bottom line. What incentive does he have to change? He's making money, he isn't walking on eggshells and he is having fun running the show and shoving his mouth into any microphone pointed his way.

He makes me sick. I can't stand losing almost as much as I can't stand Jerry. I would be obsessed with getting it right (& not for just one fluky season) if I were in his shoes, you would think the thrill of winning would be incentive enough

He's running out of bad teams to play. Next year's schedule should finally exploit him as a fraud to the 5 remaining people that still believe in him.

It'll be the same, trust me.

Every yr there are some teams that are worse than expected, some even far worse. And every yr a few teams end up better than expected.

We'll be 8-8. Its what Garrett is.

Jerry's just an idiot. No move I setter than another, some are just less damaging.

I have little to know excitement looking forward. Jerry sucks and so does his kid.

At this point I'm on board with "the coach doesn't really matter"

We get rid of Rob Ryan he goes and coaches a top 5 D. We get rid of Wade and he turns the Texans D into a dominant force. Sean Payton is flourishing. Tony Sparano was shitted on nonstop then he took the Dolphins to the playoffs.

We don't have the horses. Best we can hope for is a new coach comes in and changes the culture and we stop expecting to blow games when it gets tough, because I guarantee that's in everyone's minds on the field when momentum starts to shift...."here we go again..."

Wade just got fired and Sparano has been canned at least twice now.
