04/17/2013 - 2013 NFL DRAFT: 124 FBS PROGRAMS, 124 POSSIBLE UNDRAFTED ROOKIE FREE AGENTS: MISSOURI: RB Kendial Lawrence (5-9, 194, 4.33)...His marginal size is largely the reason why he's gone unnoticed during the predraft process, but Lawrence has the speed and burst to possibly contribute as a NFL change-of-pace back. - Dane Brugler, NFLDraftScout.com

Overview
Lawrence was a Parade All-American out of Rockwall, Texas who came to Missouri as the N0. 16-ranked running back in the country by Rivals.com.
After being productive in a reserve role through his first two seasons, Lawrence won the starting job out of fall camp entering his junior season. However, he suffered a cracked fibula in practice before the second game of the season and missed three games. When he returned, Lawrence was a backup to Henry Josey.
Ironically, a season-ending injury to Josey put Lawrence back in the starting spot, and he gained 371 yards with three touchdowns over the final three games of the season.
Lawrence was the unquestioned lead back as a senior, and showed durability with 200 carries for 1,102 yards and 12 touchdowns, averaging 5.1 yards per carry.
Lawrence wasn't invited to the Scouting Combine, but did run 40-yard dashes of 4.33 and 4.45 seconds at his pro day, according to NFL.com.
Analysis
Lawrence is undersized and has been injury prone at time during his career, dating back to high school. But he was impressive at his pro day, showing elite top-end speed and good quickness.
