Looks like playtime incentives r 2 big of issue on Holland. More likely Derrick Dockery and Daniel Loper join team. Nothing agreed yet

Cowboys close to signing Derrick Dockery and Daniel Loper to help in OL. It appears Montrae Holland has priced himself out of the market.

they probably dont want to spend because mack is going to start anyway, but damn isnt it better to have holland here to play guard and then if mack can slide over and play center if need be at some point.

this team prints money, i hope its not few bucks difference..I have no faith at all in dockery or loper.

i have at least seen holland moving people and opening holes, although he is made of glass.

Brooking was not horrible, he was very good his first year and was a solid addition.

As for the other comment, whatever yutz

lol

The pro personnel department has been lousy. It was decent under Parcells when they brought in guys like Kosier and Colombo. Of course, they also routinely churned the roster in those days.

Now, roster churning consists of bringing back a bunch of clowns that everyone already knows can't play. That is what happens when your pro personnel guy is someone who isn't qualified for his job.

we pulled a bunch of guys during those years. Kenyon coleman, scott shanle, scott fujita were probably the top players though.

I didn't have an issue during those years. But that was Ireland and Parcells.

I do have an issue with the way the pro personnel department is run now. Why they AOA, Loper, Dockery type continue to be brought back is beyond me. Try to turn over a rock once in a while. I don't think Judd Garrett is qualified for his job. What experience does he have to be evaluating pro personnel other than having the last name Garrett.

I think that same group has issues evaluating the worth of pro players as well.

Well I don't think it will work out being back in Dallas for right now. Would love to be a Cowboy, but couldn't find middle ground.

Uh... that's your fault brah
