This is fucking disappointing. Torbert and his crew are awful.
Torbert's crew is one of the most flag-prone crews there is, ranking 3rd overall in penalties called during the season.
He's also one of only 7 crews that has called more penalties on the home team than visitors.
They called a combined double digit penalties in 14 of 17 games they officiated.
On a side note, this crew did not officiate a game with Dallas or Green Bay this season.
Care to guess the last game Torbert did with us? (hint, a streak started afterward)
Overall, our record is poor when Torbert and his crew does our games. 2-6 overall since 2014, and one of those wins was the meaningless season finale at Philly in 2021.

I dunno. The 2007 team was loaded and we had HFA. Then Romo and TO both got dinged up pretty bad at the end of the system, they had a weak minded cream puff HC who let the team go out and play like frat boys and they didnt take the divisional game against NYG serious enough. They easily handled the Giants both the regular season games and our offense just ripped their defense to shreds.
Then they flopped.

been w/ the team over 20 years in some capacity.. been doing his current job for about 7 years.. he's had wayyyy more draft hits than draft busts. definitely going to be tough to replace his success. i dont think he is a god or anything either, but will mcclay's do not grow on trees.
