Sure he does
By not getting and keeping the team in shape he allowed them to get gassed at the end of the game each and every week.

He is directly responsible for all 12 losses as fatigue was clearly a factor every week

Who is responsible for making sure the players are in shape week in and week out?

Besides the players themselves of course

Our guys were continuously out of shape and gassed at the end of games. And like someone above said before about Jimmy Johnson's quote

"Fatigue makes cowards of us all"

he goes on to say....

"Football rewards guys who are in great condition"

"When you are tired you make mistakes, you don't do what's right, and your will to win starts to waver and you don't have that same fight!"

We saw it every game. In the fourth Quarter and even a couple times in the third where guys were bent over sucking wind with their hands on their hips

That shit just don't fly and should never been allowed to happen a single time, let alone repeatedly all year long

Obviously the Seahawks see the dominance of Hayden.

The Seahawks added one veteran free agent to their defensive line mix when they signed Sealver Siliga earlier this offseason and they took a look at another defensive lineman on Monday. Sheil Kapadia of ESPN.com reports that the team visited with defensive tackle Nick Hayden. The Seahawks have also re-signed Ahtyba Rubin this offseason while Brandon…

I have no issue with Hayden as a rotational guy/depth. Just not a fan of him as a starter

We weren't as good as last yr in TOP, but we finished 13th this yr at 31:07 per game. Also I don't know what the final number was but in December within one of our games they showed a stat that said we had more 5 minute+ drives than any team in football.

Five minutes to go three and out?:tiphat

That stat just doesn't pass the eye test. Watched so many games where the offense just could not get a first down. That 5 minute drive stat as well as TOP must have some confounding or qualifying variables like:
1. Dallas penalties.
2. Maybe the Dallas fifteenth ranked defense was able to give the offense back the ball enough times a game that the TOP amounted to 31:07.
3. Maybe like the Garrett phony mop up yards against prevent defenses at the end of game (during the 8-8 seasons where Jason and Jerry claimed that Dallas "got a lot of yards"), Dallas would get the ball back several times during the end of games while the team with the lead just allowed Dallas to run out the clock?
4. It also doesn't pass the score or win/loss or yards per game test

None of our what, 20 unrestricted free agents are being pursued. First-round pick Claiborne - will he be the lowest paid corner in the league counting rookies, next season since we signed him to his little $3 million one-year deal? Nobody wanted Hanna? What does our management braintrust know that the rest of the league doesn't?

What does it mean when the rest of the league doesn't want any of your unrestricted players? What other conclusion(s) can we draw other than they all suck and the rest of the league knows it?
Here we are right at a year later and it's pretty much the same group of 20 or so FAs nobody wanted last year. Meanwhile the sports writers keep talking about how Dallas is going to lose a bunch of them this year. Question: If they weren't worth a shit last year what the fuck makes anyone think they're worth a shit this year?

There won't be much interest in our FAs, again - because they fucking suck.

Spot on! Except for church and Williams and McClain and Leary and like 3-5 other guys who will sign elsewhere.

Just keep paying the server fees and post less, mmm'kay?

Teams will be more inclined to sign a player from a 13-3 team than from a 4-12 team. Even if that player is crap.

I hope to god that several other teams raid our secondary free agents so that we are forced to replace them. I don't care if we have to go the UDFA route to replace the Carr's and Claibornes because I am convinced we will get more production from any given unknown scrub than the losers we keep trotting out every year to NOT make any plays.

Roger this!

And win-loss records aside, this is almost the exact same bunch of jags and losers who went 4-12, what about 13-3 makes them any better? They're not. Anymore than they were with 2014's 12-4 finish.

Pundits and forum dwellers can flap all they want about all these teams coveting our lousy players, but gee look how few have been signed away as FA's the last three years. Only one really of any import was Murray - about the only one we had as a FA that was at least worth a shit.

Our player personnel especially on the defensive side of the ball, fucking sucks and the rest of the league knows it.
