Love how you think that's some sort of rebuttal to the ass kicking I just gave you.

Parcells gets no credit for Romo, except that he hired the coaches and scouts and trusted them to find people like Romo, just like every fucking head coach in history. They are head coaches. Administrators. Not scouts or positional coaches you imbeciles. They hire those people, and succeed or fail based on the competency of the people they've hired.

But your ****** agenda prevents you from acknowledging that, instead try to find ways to pick and choose arbitrarily what he does and doesn't "get credit" for.

HC hires staff to find good players --> staff finds good players --> staff develops players under HC's watch --> HC goes on record gushing over Romo's potential --> certain fans say HC gets no credit for that --> same fans eat paint chips for dinner
