I think the Cowboys regretted not signing Peppers last year, they dont want to make that same mistake. Still, he should only be signed with a discount.

I told you guys that it was a done deal. Tampa was only used for leverage by Rosenhaus to get the best deal possible. The Buc's was never a threat to sign Hardy.
