Rob Ryan may be the worst defensive coach I've ever seen. I remember the days of Dave Shula being the worst offensive coach in the history of football, and Rob Ryan is at that level of ineptitude. Newman is awful, but he's not the whole problem. Jerry will try and sell it as such.

All major changes will come from within. Scandrick who's equally shitty will be the scapegoat the next year. I just hope we retain Campo so he can be the interim coach at some point.
