Out of the teams still left in the playoffs I suppose I’d like to see the Lions vs the Ravens in the SB with the Lions winning it all.

It would just be another dagger in Jerry’s side.

A team that has only won one single playoff game in the past 65 years (the only win being 30 years ago vs the Cowboys) goes on to win the SB before we even sniff one.

Well he already said himself he doesn't necessarily need to be the guy making all the final calls on personnel. He's a helluva coach, let him coach them. Certainly he should have input on the kinds of players that he thinks has a chance to succeed in his system, but let scouts make the calls on the draft for the most part. And Will McClay has been really solid at drafting.

My brother suggested Jon Gruden (my brother lives in Vegas). It's not a terrible thought if Gruden is eligible. He's familiar with the "West Coast" so there could be some consistency.

But I can't pass on Belichick if he wants the job. He can groom his kid to take over in 3 years.

I read that one reason Vrabel is out as Titans coach is that he wanted more control. He wanted to call the shots on personnel. Their owner disagreed. And, apparently, she was also ticked about what Vrabel said at New England about them being a great organization and it's not like that everywhere.

Belichick is smart. He knows Will McClay does a really good job. He'll figure it out. And even in retirement, Parcells has never criticized Jerry.

No way do they lose to Tampa or Philly next week at home.
