Romo doesn't have a shot with this team. Do you know how rare it is for a good QB to miss the playoffs the majority of the time?

No. I don't agree. I don't think we have a problem drafting quality players. I actually think we are fine there.

I honestly think we need an upgrade at QB. I think we CAN win with Romo. But I think he needs much more help than he's getting now. MUCH more.

While I know it's extremely difficult. I think this team now would be contenders with an elite QB

Doesn't seem to matter who the coach is. At this point we've changed them so much and seen absolutely no change when it comes to playing DUMB football that I'm convinced this isn't something that can be fixed by a coach. No idea on how it could be fixed.

I think it does matter with the HC. You bring in a guy like Gruden, Dungy, Cowher, or a coach like Vic Fangio. You can turn it around. This team is young so it doesnt need to be blown up. Romo isnt the problem so who ever said get rid of the QB wow.

So are we just unlucky as hell? because in the 16 plus years since Jerry established he has total control (post-Jimmy) we have had a lot of the same issues. Poor depth, in some cases poor overall roster. Bad coaches. A team that can't handle adversity. Almost every other NFC team, sans the Redskins and Lions, has been to the NFL Championship game since our last appearance.

It's not a coincidence. This is Jerry Jones's team.

Dallas is 2 games of special teams blunders from being 5-1. Does Romo play special teams? The only game that Dallas has been literally beat in, is that bears game.
