That said, if Kiffin has the rash of injuries on D we had last yr, he'll struggle some too. probably not as much as fat rob, but clearly we'd struggle some.

If the offense is better this yr, I think Callahan would deserve a lot of credit, but I also think having a much better OL would be the biggest factor.

I think most people, myself included have long since stated in years past that the players on defense were more suited to the 4-3 than the 3-4.

Speaking of injuries... Ben Bass dislocated his shoulder and is scheduled for an MRI. Will be out 2 to 4 weeks.

Yeah that's a loss. Definitely has a little pass rush ability, would have been a nice rotational guy.
