Twitter/X Video Clip question

Any of you sports fans well versed in Twitter/X?

I noticed yesterday whenever I play video clips on there I get a "freeze" or "lag" type play. It'll pause/lag for a second and then start going again. Doesn't appear to happen anywhere else.

Any suggestions?
