Holy shit, Andy Whitfield, star of the Stars TV show, Spartacus just passed away today. Was battling Lymphoma for awhile. Only 39. RIP.

They delayed Season 2 when he found out he was sick, then decided to do a prequel season, and then eventually went ahead and replaced him with a new actor. I'm sure Starz will pay him a nice tribute when Season 2 debuts in a few months.
