"The cabinet was in the coalition agreement with Gantz at his request," Netanyahu, reportedly said. "As soon as Gantz left, there was no need for a cabinet anymore."
In its place, a spokesperson for Netanyahu's office said his security cabinet will now meet more frequently and hold ad-hoc "security consultations" with Defense Minister Gallant when needed.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday said that Israel was prepared to pause fighting in Gaza for a partial deal in exchange for the return of a number of hostages held by Hamas, but insisted the war will not end until the terror group is destroyed.
Netanyahu also said the phase of intense fighting in the Gaza Strip was winding down as Israel increasingly readies for a potential flareup Lebanon’s Hezbollah intensifies its cross-border attacks on Israel, in his first interview with a Hebrew-language outlet since Hamas’s October 7 terror onslaught.
Asked whether he was prepared to reach an agreement with Hamas after the high-intensity phase of the conflict is over that would constitute a commitment to end the war, Netanyahu said: “No. I’m not prepared to end the war and leave Hamas in place. What about Macron?
The president’s term runs until 2027, and he has said he will not step down before its end.
With no majority and no possibility to implement his own plans, Macron comes out weakened from the elections.
In line with France’s constitution, he still holds some powers over foreign policy, European affairs and defense and is in charge of negotiating and ratifying international treaties. The president is also the commander-in-chief of the country’s armed forces, and holds the nuclear codes.
There’s a possibility the new prime minister would be unable or unwilling to seriously challenge Macron’s defense and foreign policy powers, and would focus instead on domestic politics.
The prime minister is accountable to parliament, leads the government and introduces bills.

We can debate whether or not Macron gamed the system and I would agree that he did but saying the election was "stolen" is not really accurate. Truth of the matter is, 2/3 of the people voted for either a socialist or communist candidate. They got what they voted for. Fuck the French. I hope their economy and country collapses.

The difference is in our country, we can't really say Biden won and half the country suspect fraud. But if the election were on the up and up and Biden really did win, then I'd have little sympathy for these fools living in their parent's basement.

This isnt exactly accurate.
The "right" had more votes (considerably more) than either the leftists or the Communists. These other two only ended up with the final tally they did because Macron and their Communists stooges apparently paid off or promised other favors to a couple hundred candidates to drop out of the race.
If I was a "normal" French citizen that voted for change (and over ten million did) and then saw how this played out, I'd be thinking seriously about bringing the guillotine back for some serious usage.
The numbers below makes no sense whatsoever. They ended up with 339 seats for the extreme left v only 142 on the right, even though the right got 43% of the final votes. The left managed 70% of the house seats vs less than 30% for the opposition. And again, they only got to these final numbers because of the bullshit Macron and the leftists pulled by getting so many candidates to surprisingly drop out, after seeing their party get obliterated in initial voting.
NPF (socialist): 7M votes, 180 seats. Macron's party: 6.6M votes, 159 seats. RN ("far-right"): 10.1M votes, 142 seats. This disparity is the result of Macron and socialists conspiring against LePen. 200 candidates dropped in specific regions, coalescing their parties against RN.

I thought I read that Britain's results were because "conservative" voters all basically stayed home, in protest over what the people they had been voting in had done for 20 years or so (Britain has supposedly had a "conservative" government for a long time, yet everything they did reeks of extreme leftism). Ultimately there was no difference between the two parties there, their "conservative" party was very similar to the band of Rino's we have here. All of them imposters who were stooges for the left.
