Where Cowboy fans can brandish conspiracy theories and nerve-wracking trends of the Head Coach and Front Office in peace.

Conspiracy theory: Garrett will make a case for QB Hogan because "he has the most sophisticated pre-snap reading" of all the QBs. Fits well in our outdated system (and despite it's subsequent failure) will leave us with a QB who can't make the throws but knows the system. Wentz is just superior. Hogan throws the ball like a third grader. Albeit that is one grade higher than Kellen Moore.

Nerve wracking trend: Worried about Garrett's talent and skill assessment of WRs. Treadwell who was sub-average in vertical, broad jump and eventually in 40 time will be targeted because he has the height and the college statistics. Mayock just called this years group the slowest group of WRs he has seen in a long time and most of them ran TWilly and Streets speed but don't have Dez's rage, drive or hands.

Conspiracy theory: "Wait...what?" Garrett is still learning what is necessary for his own offense to work. He is looking at Norv Turners offense right now and exclaiming "Wait...what do you mean Diggs and Wallace? Speed and handsize over height? Is that how it works?" Garrett is listening to the criticism of San Diego by Mike Mayock saying that they have no commitment to the run whereas a "great coach like Jeff Fisher will build the O-Line and TEs and a running back and then call those running plays". "Wait...what's wrong with San Diego?" "Wait...what's wrong with just having a good O-line, you need plays too....and a runningback?"

What do you think of Kyle Fuller? Dude can definitely stretch a D like you've been long advocating, but he has some TWilly hands at times.

Ha, I've thought from the start Garrett would love Hogan because he's a Stanford kid... And because he's been well-coached in a pro style system, so not as much for Jason and Wade Wilson to teach.

Hogan is a lot like Garrett as a player. Smart, understands the offense well. Probably will be a capable backup.

But Hogan's ceiling IMO is a career backup. He just doesnt generate much velocity at all. NFL defenses will be able to close on a lot of his throws with ease.

Well except Hogan is 1000x the player Garrett ever was. Garrett was horrible.

It's sad to think that these days with most teams only keeping two QBs, Garrett wouldn't even have gotten a foothold in the league.

I don't really think Garrett understands any offensive system. We certainly aren't seeing much of a system here other than Tony Romo calling the plays from the line of scrimmage, and when he isn't there to do that the team can't win at all unless the other team is stupid beyond belief (Desean Jackson).

If not for Garrett's old man going to Norv to work his kid out and Norv doing him a huge favor, no one would have ever heard of Garrett. His whole life and career has been grounded in nepotism.

Stanford has been called Ivy League West. So maybe that is no surprise.

Counting his time as IHC Red Ball has had nearly 6 years of training as a HC. Has he learned anything?

Good question. Speed is meaningless without being able to catch in the full radius and contested. Will Fuller used hands yesterday to catch but that's not in games so I wouldn't trust it all that much. As far as the comparisons to TWilly, Fuller is a scrappy player who shows no signs of fear. TWilly plays scared and anxious which leads to two things: his reliance on the body catch to secure the ball but also his scamper after the catch is almost a perfect path away from defenders. I would rather them sign Travis Benjamin, draft Sterling Shepard for short distance and get a Tyler Ervin and split him out.
