Strength is only half of it. The other is getting underneath the shoulder pads of the normally squat dts inside.

Free plays with horrible technique, so unless he's the greatest knee bender alive, he's going to fail with the move to OG.

Already said but Free lacks inside strength, some call it the ability to fight in a phone booth. He will be exposed even worse at Guard. His best bet is to focus on his technique so that whatever team he plays Right Tackle for next year, will not get their QB killed.
