The NFL started regional combines in 2012. They will still have the national combine in Indy.

I'm not sure we'll be paying anybody that kind of money this year.

If they are smart (I know, I know) then they'd sign some middle of the road value free agents and instead of trying to get one guy that might be a really good player, find two or three quality starters.
