Yeah Dallas didn't get the best Parcells. Ultimately he came up short while in Dallas, but imagine if he hasn't been here at all. The scouting structure was revamped by Parcells and they still follow much of that today. Developed Romo, Ware, Witten, Rat and Austin

Imagine if the Jags hired a coach that got them to the playoffs next year and then kept them in contention for the next 10. That's what Parcells did. People that bash him have to have an axe to grind
