I'm numb to it.

Yeah.
I've seen every incarnation of this franchise there's been. From the days we couldn't get past Lombardi and Paul Brown to the present day clusterfuck.
With only a couple exceptions this team has failed, sometimes embarassingly so,on the big stage.
This is a team that underacheives on a grand scale, and I've become indifferent to it.
Crap.

I am willing to concede that trading up for Claiborne was probably a mistake. I think Claiborne is going to be a great player. But this teams deficiencies in both trenches is astonishing. We could have filled two more holes in the trenches w those two picks, and we ended up filling zero.

This team has no chance until it can do two things consistently. Run the ball and pressure opposing passers. These two holes are so bad it is sickening. This defense will never be great without forcing turnovers and without creating chaos/havoc, that will never happen.
I agree this! we had too many holes on this team to try and swing for the fences on one guy. This team is a ways away and our star players are hitting the other side of the hill soon

A new thing I noticed is that when a linemen gets completely beat instead of helplessly following the guy to the QB they keep their head forward and look for someone else to block .

I don't know if it's just to avoid blame by being in the frame, Or something that's been coached but it's smart.
