1. Tyler Wilson qb arkansas - We have to finally move on from Romo and this guy will probably be available when we pick because peole will become enamored with Geno Smith and maybe Logan Thomas after what RG3 has done this year. Let Orton start next year and groom Wilson to take over.

2. Dallas Thomas ol tennessee- No I'm not just picking him because of the name. hes a versatile lineman who has played OT but projects inside in the pros. Could replace Bernadue at OG or maybe keep him at OT and replace Free. okay yeah I like his first name too.

3. Kenny Vaccaro fs texas - Holy shit we can not find a safety to save our life!!! Darren Woodson come back! Since that isn't an option and since this is a glaring need I say take the local kid from Texas who can play strong or free. Bye Danny Mcray.

4. Raymond Graham rb pitt - Murray is injury prone. Felix is gone. and Tanner/Dunbar are just guys. We need a running back and Graham in the fourth would be the steal of the draft. Coming off a torn ACL is the only reason hes available here. Would be a day one RB2.

5. Margus Hunt de smu - Physical freak but an underperformer. Risky pick because no telling if he'll ever live up to his potential but I think at this point in the draft you take guys who flash. This guys does. Hopefully our next coach is a button pusher.

6. Dalton Freeman c clemson - He'll need a year in the weight room before hes able to contribute but he's a talented center with good mobility and smarts. Ryan Cook and Phil Costa are not the answer.

I think when it's all said and done Tyler Wilson will go #1 overall.

I can't say I'd hate this draft, although I'm assuming we re-sign Spencer in this scenario because you've done virtually nothing to address pass rush and/or Dline.

Not a Wilson fan. Like Vacarro and Hunt, a lot actually, but don't think they will last til the 3rd and 5th rounds.

Also in your scenario, you said start Orton and groom Wilson. Did we cut Romo? trade him?

Heh, funny. I was playing around with a mock draft that had us taking Dalton Freeman in the 6th round.

It's obvious with Costa's health, or lack thereof, and with Cook being JAG that we need to bring in another C and you can't go wrong with getting a player who performs like this:

11/19/2012 - WEEK 12 ACC OFFENSIVE LINEMAN OF THE WEEK: Dalton Freeman, Clemson, R-Senior, C, 6-5, 285, Pelion, S.C.,...Freeman started at center for the 47th straight game and played a career high 102 snaps, every one of Clemson's plays in its 62-48 win over NC State. He graded at 90 percent and had five knockdown blocks as he continually provided holes for a Clemson running game that gained 328 yards on the ground. He also did not allow a sack in 44 pass attempts and was a big reason Clemson gained 754 yards of total offense, second most in Clemson history and most by an ACC team this year. During the game, Freeman became Clemson's
career leader in plays by any Tiger, now with 3208 for his career with two games left. - ACC football

I want to like Vaccaro, but he attacks ball-carriers and even receivers like Gerald Sensabaugh circa 2010. Hesitant and taking wrong angles.

I wish we do more to address the front 7 than that though.

I love Thomas, Graham, Hunt and Freeman. Graham is an AMAZING runner when he's healthy. He reminds me some of former Panther Shady McCoy. I've seen a lot of Clemson football. Freeman is a hell of a football player, but I think he'll go before the sixth.

1. Hankerson, Richardson or Nix (DE)
2. Dallas Thomas (OG)
3. Brandon Jenkins or Travis Long (OLB)
4. Graham (RB)
5. Hunt (DE)
6. Freeman (C)

Here how I see the front 7

ILB - Set with Lee and Carter. Connor and Sims are experienced depth. We also have McSurdy coming back next year and Lemon too.
OLB - OLB is a need that maybe we can address if fee agency? Set with Ware and hopefully a resigned Spencer. Thats a must! Wilbur should be ready to come in and Albright has played some. Id move on from Butler because hes a liability against the run. Okay against pass but dont give 2nd contracts to one dimensional players
DE - Coleman and Spears should be gone. I really like Crawford, Lissemore, Hatcher. Ben Bass is reportedly killing it in practice adn coaches compare him to Crawford.
DT - Ratliff has pretty much taken this year off so he should be fresh for next year. Brent is a monster inside. We have two DTs on the practice squad too.

I never thought I'd be on the Spencer bandwagon, but he's surprised me this year.

I really think that we should scrap the 3-4 and return back to the 4-3.
