The year before I played wingback we ran the wing-T and we rotated, bringing in the plays. The year this pic was taken, we had switched to the split -T to take full advantage of our speed. Which made a skinny slower kid no longer needed.
So I was willing to do anything even if it meant the trenches. I could fire off the line so quick that I was able to get underneath and get leverage and basically control the larger defenders. Knew the playbook in high detail and figured out my own blocking scheme depending on the play call and the lineups. If I was blocking you, you ain't gonna be a factor.
