What do you guys think of him? He's doing a wonderful job with Bruce Carter, who is readier much faster than most people expected of him.

Would you mind if he became our next DC if Rob got another gig somewhere? Or beyond that. Maybe HC?

He's Rob Ryans right hand man. I fully expect him to be Rob Ryans DC if/when he ever gets a head coach gig.
