Hopefully he knows what he is doing. Ultimately though even if he DOES know what he is doing, getting Jerry to actually go along with it might be something else entirely.

As for the Garrett clout part, anyone who saw the live shots last yr after we moved down in round one can see Garrett had very little, if any input. He CLEARLY wasn't happy with the deal down.
