Yes, believe it or not, the media and the fans want answers as to why Dallas screwed up the last minute of the game.

Disagree. But of course, I can't speak for all fans. Just the ridiculously good looking and incredibly intelligent ones like myself.

I could care less what canned answers the players give. I don't need to hear Miles or Ogletree say "My bad" to know they eff-ed up, or to feel better about the game.

And besides, when players do talk, one or two things happen - they either blow smoke so as to not throw others under the bus.... or they say something that could potentially be "controversial" and the ESPN'ers of the world spend a week making a huge story out of nothing.

Basically, what the players say is almost as worthless as what Jerry says.

How many times over the past ten years have you heard Cowboys players be "accountable" by giving media soundbites, promising to clean things up, do better, play harder, yadda yadda yadda.

Now compare that to how many times you saw the same player or the team in general continue to be general fuckups on the field and repeat mistakes.

Hos, is that you?

Yes, believe it or not, the media and the fans want answers as to why Dallas screwed up the last minute of the game. Shocking, I know. Garrett says he preaches accountability? Well that includes facing the heat and answering legitimate questions when things go sour.

I think they mismanaged it a bit as well, but the fact is without the two bogus penalties on the previous drive, the Cowboys would have had plenty of time left on the final drive. We had to repeat downs which wasted time.
