This should be expected but couldn't be worse news for us if it were to happen.
Garrett most certainly going to get a long contract after this season, and if he loses Marinelli and or Linehan. He will be reduced to the hand clapping unsuccessful coach we knew him as

And Linehan didn't "bet on himself". He signed a 1yr deal because that's all Garrett had left.
