Well... which is it?

Suspended sentence or is he going to prison?

Our DL depth hinges in the balance here.

Ticket says 10 years.... but still breaking.

When they put you on a probated sentence, they do have an underlying sentence. So it could be 10 years probated for 10 years.

Well... that's generally speaking. The judge may not give him credit for time served, or may make him do an additional 180 days, etc.

Yes. Fox 4 reporting to serve 180 days also.

So out in time for Training Camp?

Defensive Line issues solved!!!!!!!

Tyrone Crawford, Ben Bass, AND Josh Brent. Quarterbacks everywhere are fearing for their lives.

Any offense against the state or any other state is a technical violation. Now will, they revoke him on a traffic ticket he pleads to, probably not. But anything as low as a Class B misdemeanor will likely get him revoked.

You also have to consider the DA will likely be quick to revoke him if he violates probation early on. Probably not going to like that he's getting out of most of the jail time.

There's also a laundry list of things that he has to comply with... reporting every month, paying fines and fees, drinking alcohol or using drugs, etc. but usually the picking up another charge is the most common way a probationer violates his/her probation. Brent is going to have a hard time with avoiding alcohol and drugs. They'll probably put an alcohol ankle monitor on him for a period of time and do random drug screens.
