Funny how ginger went from absolutely not giving up playcalling to "embracing" a new playcaller in the span 2-3 weeks.

Which is it, Ginger? Opposing viewpoints from the same person. Yeah, we're totally not being lied to frequently :rollseyesbluestartrollthread

did he really publicly embrace a demotion? if so, that's just one more lie we're supposed to swallow.

"Garrett, speaking earlier Tuesday before Jones indicated that the Cowboys would have a new offensive play-caller, said he would be comfortable with Bill Callahan handling the play-calling next season."

I'm sure he's as "comfortable" with this as you are with a hemorrhoids flare up.

I'm sure Jason just barged into Jerrys office and said "We gotta get my brother outta here!"

Exactly. It's called "professional courtesy." You don't remain viable in this league by burning bridges or publicly slamming previous employers. I take all public comments by players, coaches and front office types with a grain of salt.

Correct. I never understand why people would suggest that trashing one of the most powerful owners in the NFL would be a smart thing to do. Nobody is going to laugh out loud in his face, but I guarantee there is plenty of snickering behind his back and it has been going on for a while.

If we didn't have so many stupid fans who follow the team no matter what all of this would change. No one would go to games or buy merchandise and the team would be forced to change things.
