It's a Jerry Jones radio show morning. Talking OL. Says he's seeing improvement and 'real promise for years to come.'

@calexmendez
Jerry says Bernadeau has ‘really progressed.’ Livings, other guys, have chance to get better ‘as they get more coaching from Bill Callahan.’

Yeah, that was the philosophy when we signed Bernadeu and Livings. It didn't work.

Whose idea was it to give Bernadue Larry Allen's number? Let me guess...

It won't happen, but I would really appreciate it if reporters just stopped asking Jerry questions about the actual team.

Holds press conference, no one shows up.

Grabs reporter to talk about new player, reporter asks when is Garrett available to talk.

That would be nice. A bunch of us need to e-mail these reports and tell them to start asking questions to people within the organization who actually know about football. That would not be Jerry. Garrett comes in at a close 2nd. Whatever he learned in his 20 years of being a backup has all escaped his Ivy League brain.

Yea but other pass rushers around the league will also have more coaching and experience next year. And god help us if other teams hire a strength coach like we were so smart to do.

Jerry devalues Olineman because he saw Tony Wise take a bunch of castoffs and turn them into the best Oline in the 1990s.

He's stupid enough to think he'll catch lightening in a bottle twice, and that with a good Oline coach we can turn shit sandwhiches into steak sandwhiches with mayo peppers onions and cheese

I have a feeling we will address the O Line early and possibly often this off-season. Especially if we get a new HC. If the average fan looks at this team and screams the O Line is the issue, what do you think actual coaches (outside Jerry's control) see ?

I think teams and maybe even dumbass Jerry, see the 49ers' investement in the O Line and see QB's like Alex Smith and Kaepernick (who I like) having great success and wonder what Romo could do with similar O Line talent.

Right now, my dream scenario would be landing Taylor Lewan or Jake Matthews in the middle of the first and then jumping back into the late 1st and snatch Jonathan Cooper or Barrett Jones.

This is true. But at the same time, I can understand Jerry's hesitation at spending big money on free agent OL. I mean take a look at Davis, Gurode, and now Free.

But since he played OL on the Razorbacks national championship team back in the 60's... I guess he feels that qualifies him to know OL.

I shouldn't hold it against Bernadeau, but if I was in his position, I would have refused to wear the number. It is a damn disgrace that another player wears Larry's number.

Man, you nailed it. He is too damn stupid to realize that he was lucky to have it happen one time. I am sure that he thinks he was the mastermind behind it and he is going to show us that he can do it again.
