Everyone outside the organization is interpreting it as if Romo isnt working hard enough.

Fans of the team are interpreting it as if Romo is working hard, just not insanely hard like Peyton.

What's your take on this?

Regardless, it's a little disconcerting that Romo isnt putting in Peyton like work.

If you aspire to be the best at anything, you shouldn't be out worked by anyone.

I don't think Romo's work ethic has ever been questioned by the fanbase. He organized team workouts himself during the lockout, and is always one of the first people in at VR during OTA's, etc.

The real fact of the matter is: JERRY JUST NEEDS TO SHUT THE FUCK UP. It's crazy how much of a national joke we've become and I blame 75% of that on Jerry and his retardedness.

Jerry has no business making public statements like this and is an idiot for doing so.

Jerry was clearly implying that Romo was a lazy Mexican. Shame on him.

Even if Jerry thinks Romo is lazy, I can't see how it is helpful to say so in public.

I heard JJT on the Mike & Mike radio show this morning speaking about Jerry's statement. JJT's take is that Jerry was sensitive after being criticized by some for extending Romo's megamillion dollar contract ... and so Jerry was attempting to justify the money by saying that Romo was going to be put in a whole lot more time now.

Who knows why Jerry says what he says?

Egotism + mild dementia = Jerry babble. That's my guess.

He said he would have input into game plans and would call some of the plays. That's what he meant by putting in more time I think.

I don’t think you pay someone mega millions if you think they are lazy or not doing enough. I think Jerry Jones has more faith in Romo than any other player or coach. Romo probably offended him a little when he told him to do more on the offensive line, so Jerry threw it back at him...kindof like how my wife does me.
