IP banned on Safari

Got a new iPhone last week. Any reason why my IP address would be banned when trying to log on at the DCU from my phone?

Switched to airplane mode... then turned it off, reconnected to wifi, got back on Safari and logged in.

There have been a number of people who have complained of getting IP Banned notices when they shouldn't.

That shouldn't be an issue anymore.
