We have to remember that even though Garrett might like Romo alot, Garrett still didn't choose him to be his QB.

Romo was the established starter when Garrett got here with Wade. Hell he made the probowl after a partial season in 2006.

He was excellent in 2007, pretty good in in 2008, really good in 2009, pretty good last yr before getting hurt, but this yr he has been up and down too much and IMO his play has been a drop off from what Kitna did last yr, with a lesser supporting cast. Hopefully its just the injury, although the injury didnt cause him to make bad decisions. I could see where the injury might be hurting his ability to throw downfield or with enough velocity.

All I'm simply saying is that if Romo continues down this road, I don't think Garrett would have any compunctions about trying to get what he can for him and moving on.
