Patriots are still the tops in my book.
They make low-risk, high-reward trades to bring players in. They let other teams eat the back end of the contracts for players that are closing in on their twilight years, reaping pick after pick, and they operate in a manner that best suits their team. No shot at some elite WRs in the draft? Fuck it, we'll take 2 TEs and make everyone in the league wish that they had taken one of them.
I'd put the Packers next.
Look at the players they have let leave. Jennings, Jenkins, Woodson.
Denver looks really good right now but they were the laughing stock of the league when they traded Cutler, Marshall and Hillis. Ultimately it worked for them because Cutler isn't the same guy he was in Denver and Hillis flamed out like a eggy fart. Marshall was a definite mistake but because they had some good eyes in the scouting department they came away with Decker and Thomas in the same draft.
