draft if there's a lockout?

Does anyone know the answer to this? I've seen it as yes and no from differing people.

If they lockout and dont sign a new agreement before the April draft, will there be a draft?

Personally I don think there will be a lockout, although with Goodell in charge I guess I wouldnt be shocked either.

Draft will happen but players will not sign without a CBA.

From what else I've read is that, teams will still hold the rights to the players they drafted for the following year even if no CBA is completed.

Yeah, they are definitely having a draft. I've heard this discussed a few times.
