Pretty sure they haven't decided to try it. They may be filing charges, but I haven't heard if they have even decided that yet. I was just wondering if there had been a story that the DA was filing charges.

No, the detectives turned their findings over to the DA so the investigation was concluded. It would be career suicide for a DA to pursue these charges.
