Even if the crowd is loud, isn't the design of the stadium such that the noise isn't captured on the field like it is say, at the Seahawks stadium?

I think I remember reading something when the stadium was being built how its a poor design acoustically... and off the top of my head I have zero recollection of any opposing QB's having to call time outs because of noise. I could be wrong though.

The acoustics suck for concerts because they're on the field. I've been to two BIG12 championship games there, and it was ridiculously loud.
