Agree. TE. I think Romo sees the routes that are not working and has signals and variations that are essentially making a new attack. The best thing in that interview is when Dez kind of marveled "Tony is really smart", but my guess is that Tony is finally applying all of his Witten-adjustments that happen when a play breaks down to the rest of the offense. With his new input to the offense he can proactively attack rather than reactive just run around and wait.
The gleam of hope for this season that I still bask in is when Romo made that statement a few weeks ago in an interview that they are going to attack the defenses differently each week. "Attack" and "different" are vocabulary that are not inherent to the Garrett system. He prefers "react" and "same".
