BPA. At worst, a bit below. PFW's value chart has him as a 3C player, latter 3rd round. But fills a need. Has very nice upside.

And that's only because we only had one pick - but at the same time, I wouldn't change how we handled the first.

I love the Crawford selection. I think he's an immediate upgrade to our DE rotation, and I like the versatility he provides when we go to a four man line

And I especially like how it looked like we were trying desperately to trade up, and either failed to overpay, or gambled to stay at 81... yet still ended up with our guy.

Had we moved up to say 73 (approximately when the war room looked most active) we probably would've had to have surrendered a 5th or so. And I would've liked the Crawford pick there.

I'm excited especially about the fourth round. I like our momentum. Hope it continues.

Crawford isnt coming in and playing the 5tech from the word go..he will be groomed into that position..

his main position this year will be in nickel situations as a defensive end..

dont be so quick to bash the idea..our nickel defense is like 40% of our snaps

I'd say its the end of Coleman. Spears is pretty dependable, good in the lockerroom and has a very manageable cap charge

short-yardage stops would require the LBs to hit the lanes provided by the Dline.

Pass defense was awful because teams marched right down the field whenever they wanted, especially in clutch situations.

We also struggled on goal line defenses and short-yardage plays, again especially in crucial situations. Teams converted on us at will.

because teams could pass to get 1st downs whenever they wanted. Show me goal line stats and short-yardage conversion stats... or just tell me some plays where the goal line d made crucial stops.
