Kid has to speed to burn. If lightbulb has gone on for him from a professional standpoint he can be a huge offensive weapon.

From the sound of it, he took his lawyer's advice. For "normal" people who don't have immediate access to an attorney, you're almost forced to blow. If you don't, you automatically lose your license from what I understand. So you're damned if you do and damned if you don't.

My issue with these types of interactions is that many times they're nothing more than a fishing expedition and an arrest is based solely on the discretion of the officer. I also wasn't impressed with the female officer interacting with Romo.

I can tell you this happened to me one night at 2:00 AM a few years back when I was driving home from work and I was stopped for some BS reason (wide turn). Some cops just make shit up that you just can't disprove......what constitutes a "wide turn?" In any event, I had absolutely NO alcohol. I just happened to be working late and coming home at 2:00 AM. What do you think the cop asked me? He asked me if I was drinking. That question had absolutely no basis in fact and he had no reasonable suspicion to even ask that question, as I couldn't have smelled of alcohol since I didn't have a drop. He had me detained for a while and a second cop showed up that I happen to know and went to high school with and he just rolled his eyes but really couldn't do anything because the guy that stopped me was a sergeant. My issue with that stop was more about how it's viewed from the lens of a regular citizen. It's a real bad look for law enforcement.
