I like that we signed JW on a decent deal. Overpaid a little, but not too bad
I wouldn’t mind trading Pickens and our 2026 pick 20 for Maxx Crosby as mentioned above.
But the Raiders official asking price is 2 first round picks. I ain’t giving up 2 first round picks. Even for Crosby. Who was recently injured
I would much rather sign Pickens, sign Aubrey, sign Clooney back, and go get Chubb. Then at least we have pass rushers on the team and go into the draft without that having to be one of our first round picks

I don't think they overpaid for Javonte. His numbers (cap) put him in the middle of the pack RB wise. (I think one of these blurbs said 16th) He's a solid player that does everything pretty well. He finished 9th in rushing despite sitting out the last game of the yr, 4.8 yds per carry was near the top of the league for true #1 RBs (taking out QBs and backup RB with far fewer carries), he finished near the top of RBs for first downs and touchdowns too.
Pickens for Crosby has been mentioned by a few, but Pickens is coming off a superstar caliber season and is several years younger than Crosby, who also just had a knee procedure. Pickens AND the 20th pick seems like a lot to give up to me. Love Crosby and he'd be a great addition, but this trade seems one sided to me. The Raiders arnt getting two first rd picks (and a player by some reports) for Crosby unless it's end of the 1st rd picks in two separate drafts. I could see a team like the Bills maybe trying to do it, their defense sucks just like ours and they have not been able to get over the hump at all, even with arguably the league's best QB/player in Josh Allen.
Odafe Oweh and Boye Mafe are two potential pass rushers worth watching IMO. The Chargers got Oweh for almost nothing at the trade deadline last yr, and he proceeded to have 7 1/2 sacks in the regular season and 3 more v New England in the playoffs. Mafe was highly regarded coming out of college but is more of a backup for Seattle now, but still had over 40 pressures last yr. Either appear to be a great scheme fit too.
And by the way George Clooney sucks and is a flaming fucktard liberal, I'm not paying him anything to be on the Cowboys.

If George Pickens really wants to stay with the Cowboys then 30 mill a year should be more than enough to get the deal done. If he is only about the money and doesn’t care which team he plays for then by all means go for it. He has great chemistry with Dak. It might not be the same for him if he leaves. It’s really hard to understand players who may get a little more money but move to a state where they are taxed on their income. Hopefully agents show their clients all the numbers on the net side of any deal. 30 million in Texas may net out higher than 33 million in a state that taxes income. It just seems at some point playing with a team that has a chance to compete and where you will have success should be an important consideration. Too many players have jumped at a minimal difference in money and have fallen flat. I know there are also succes stories. In my opinion GP would be well served to make a deal happen with the Cowboys. He would have a real chance at being hugely successful with Dak as QB. Just my opinion.
