Mavericks owner Mark Cuban joined Tim Cowlishaw and Matt Mosley on KESN-FM 103.3. Here are some highlights.

On Jerry Jones and the number of opposing fans at AT&T Stadium

Mark Cuban: That'd drive me nuts. Jerry deserves a ton of credit. I think it's the law of unintended consequences that says when you build what, in essence, replaced the Astrodome as the Eighth Wonder of the World, people wanna come see it. Opposing fans wanna come see it. You can't blame Jerry, and I'm sure it bothers him more than anybody. I tip my hat to him. He did something that was incredible.

Is it ever bad when one of the teams, particularly the Cowboys, is really good? Do they take ticket buyers away from you?

Mark Cuban: Not so much anymore. When the Cowboys opened the new stadium, it definitely hurt us. It hurt us real bad. It was the new thing. Now people have gotten used to it and adjusted, so it really hasn't been a big deal. When the Stars do well, that's great for the arena, it's great for suite sales. When the Cowboys do well, it just picks up the city, everybody reads the sports section more, listens to sports more and that's good for all of us.
