Crawford diagnosed with sprained MCL

Dallas Cowboys defensive lineman Tyrone Crawford has been diagnosed with a sprained MCL according to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com.

This is not good news for the Cowboys, as Crawford has arguably been the team's most effective player on the defensive line for a unit that has played better than expected under DC Rod Marinelli. . At the bare minimum, Crawford will miss two weeks, but will likely be sidelined for over a month. If there's good news, it's that the Cowboys are going on bye in Week 11, so Crawford has a free week to heal up.
