Rookie linebacker Sean Lee has missed the last five days of practice with a quadriceps strain. He's run on the side the last two days.

"I feel great," Lee said. "It's up to the doctors when they want to let me go. I'm just letting them know I feel good.

"It's frustrating because you see your team going through camp, and you want to be a part of it. You see those guys working really hard, and it's frustrating to be on the side."

Lee will have a lot of family and friends in Canton for the Hall of Fame game. The second-round pick hopes to get in enough practice time in the days leading up to Sunday's game that he'll be able to play. Phillips said the training staff has told him that Lee should be able to practice Wednesday.

Briefly: The Cowboys will install their short-yardage and goal-line offense today in preparation for their first preseason game Sunday against Cincinnati. ... Supplemental pick Josh Brent is on the field for the Cowboys and working at nose tackle.
