His form of cancer likes and thrives on estrogen... Almost unsurprising Joe's system has tons of it. Although the cancer has spread to his bones an estrogen antagonist such as Anastrozole (exactly what they give to breast cancer patients) will at first inhibit this and then after radiation and possibly surgery, finally starves it out. And keeps it from coming back.

Reverse your transition, Joe. Science is a bitch.
