It was a good article that puts the pieces together in a convincing way. IF the Garoppolo angle is true, I can see BB stepping down. He's got a 40 something year old QB, his heir apparent that he helped develop at that position is gone and the owner was involved in the football process. Sports radio and beat guys are saying that this will blow over (of course). Belichick will move on and find another qb. Nobody expected brady to keep playing at a high level. And belichick would never trade brady when playing the way hes been playing. Buuuut, the pats should expect brady to get paid what hes owed now, a cool $22 mil. Brady is not going to restructure to be team friendly anymore. He felt threatened by garropolo, especially after the last draft ended, since jimmy g’s value was at an all time high and a trade never happened.
