There's no maybe at all D and the current state of the team prove it. What we did was a cardinal sin and gave up what is looking like a high 1st round pick on a position that hasn't improved our D. We needed that draft capital to address QB, especially since Dak is nearing the end of his contract and is getting older. Those picks could also have given us leverage to move around the draft board. What we did will set us back (more) years.

Mestamaker barring something completely unforeseen (or staying in school) will def be QB1.

But this kid is very interesting. 6'4, 220lbs. May have the best pure arm talent in college football. He has high end passing skill and isnt some school-yard run around and throw it up in the air guy. Having an excellent Senior season.

He's been making throws like this almost every week, and makes them look easy.
