You're right. But we all know that Costa will be the starter. Generally, I don't wish for any Cowboys player to get hurt---well maybe Roy Williams---WR, but my point is that I wouldn't mind if Costa got hurt, because he may end up getting Romo hurt. And maybe that's what it is going to take to make a move because they are of that fuckup reactionary mentality as opposed being proactive.
